Skilled in communication, organization, troubleshooting, coaching, teamwork and training. For 5 years, working as a Technical Support and Reliability Engineer in the Artificial Lift product line. For 3 years, managed and grown the Drilling Services AMO district in Eastern Canada, which consisted of up to 4 technicians, 1 shipper/receiver and 2 data analysts providing repair, maintenance and technical support to field personnel and Drilling Services and Drill Bits equipment. For 4 years, managed and grown the Evaluation Systems department, which consisted of up to 11 technicians providing repair, maintenance and technical support to field personnel and Drilling Services equipment.
