I have over twenty years working experience in the construction industry. I have collaborated with all parties involved in the construction process as well as actively participating in several of the construction trades, including, engineering, architecture, steel construction, concrete construction and overall general contracting. My professional experience incorporates the ability to communicate with architects and engineers throughout the course of a job to point out oversights that could negatively affect schedule and budget. I am also well versed in construction document assessment, including estimating, pricing, detailing, and confirming overall constructability. Furthermore, I have built lasting relationships with owners, general contractors, sub-contractors, and colleagues. My high profile project management experience includes the Detroit Motor City Casino, in which I was credited as the structural steel project manager in Architectural Digest and Modern Steel Construction magazines. Other high profile buildings that I project managed includes the University of Michigan - Ross School of Business, Los Angeles Children’s Hospital, and Los Angeles Police Department.
