About Dan Boyce

Our members rely on our 100+ years of industry experience in Research, Consulting, Assessment, Development and Compliance and Regulatory Services. Through cooperative applied research, I help member companies and other financial services firms minimize risks associated with new purchase recommendations and subsequent sales, identifying strengths and deficiencies while gathering customer feedback and receipt of understanding. I am passionate about quality customer service and enjoy managing, organizing, designing, and implementing programs, using a variety of database, statistical, analytic, and visualization software to assist our clients with monitoring market conduct, suitability, best interest, and co-fiduciary responsibilities. I have a bachelor’s degree in mathematics-actuarial science, an M.S. in insurance & finance and am a member of the Society of Actuaries. My actuarial training coupled with my background in financial products & consumer research and quality business gives me a unique combination of skills and abilities to capture the voice of the customer; design, collect, blend and analyze big data; and deliver customized reporting, services, and insights to our member companies. Previous experience also included product design and persistency research of individual life, annuity, and health lines, measuring corporate financial performance and expenses analysis, and producer compensation.
