I build and scale businesses across commercial construction, property and asset-backed ventures.I’m the founder of Core4, a group focused on creating structured, profitable businesses across commercial construction, land and property, container storage and wider holdings. The focus isn’t just on turnover, but on building assets, improving tax efficiency and creating businesses that can operate without constant owner involvement.I started working at 15 and built my experience from the ground up. Since then, I’ve experienced both building and losing a business early on, which completely changed how I approach risk, structure and long-term growth.Moving away from domestic work into commercial projects was a turning point. It allowed for better systems, more consistency and the ability to scale properly rather than constantly firefighting.Alongside Core4, I host Hard Hat Chat, where we have honest conversations about construction, business and what it actually takes to grow within the industry.Right now, the focus is on scaling towards £15–20M businesses, improving internal systems and continuing to build out opportunities across land, planning and development.Always open to conversations with investors, developers and commercial partners.
