I develop and implement customized strategies for families to get their students into the best colleges and universities for which they qualify for, and at the least amount of out-of-pocket expense to the family. I help families to have a successful college campaigns by assisting them to find the right college or university for their student's needs and goals, and by designing strategies to pay for college in the most efficient manor with the objective of growing and protecting their wealth over generations. I show families how the gifting formulas work and what the all in cost of the different colleges and universities their students are looking at so you aren't guessing based off of sticker price and they can focus on the schools that really fit their student's needs. I can help families lower their Expected Family Contribution with small changes to their personal economy. I also show families how to obtain more merit based scholarships and grants no matter what their household income and asset level is. I provide access to programs that encourage schools to compete for your student, and to programs that are designed to guide, groom and position your student to make them the most marketable for the schools the are applying for. I have different strategies to work with lower, middle and upper income families to make sure they get their student's into and through the best schools for the least cost possible all while improve the parent's retirement out look. I spent five years as a retirement consultant working with over financial advisors across the US. Most of the time I was flown in to design a retirement plan it was because the parent's spent all or most of their savings trying to get their student's through college. I spent two years training on FAFSA, the CSS Profile and college gifting in order to develop the strategies to get student into and through the best colleges and universities they qualify for and at the least amount of expense to the family.
