About Dan Castiglia

As a Senior Federal Account Executive at Genentech, I support our military, veterans, and their families by ensuring access to critical medicines in the Northeast US. I leverage my background as a USAF veteran and a pharmacist to build trust and rapport with key stakeholders in the Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, and other federal agencies. With over 4.5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and over 20 years of service in the US Air Force, I have developed strong competencies in pharmacy operations, government procurement, operational management, organizational management, healthcare and military affairs, and information technology research. I have also completed a fellowship in human resource management and professional development, and earned multiple certifications in supply chain management and value-based pricing. My mission is to deliver value and quality to our customers and patients, and to contribute to the advancement of healthcare and national security.
