From 1990-2004 had various sales and management positions with Airborne Express (sales early career), Talent Tree (purchased by Rentokil Initial) promoted twice, youngest VP and youngest Regional (Sr) VP in the company, and Kelly Services (VP). Managed $100 Million P&L with 40 plus physical locations in seven states, more than 100 staff employees and over simultaneous contract employees. Grew Chicago Region at Kelly to #1 in profitability in the company; Grew Central Region at Initial Talent Tree to #1 in Company; Grew Indianapolis Market from #26 of 26 to #3 in company before being promoted to Regional VP after only 3 years. From 2004-2007 in non-profit sector as Executive Pastor (Chief of Staff/COO) of $1.8 Million annual budget church of weekly attendance. Led capital campaign that raised nearly $2 Million in pledges and oversaw the $2 million purchase and $2.5 million renovation of building which won the Solomon award for Best US Church Renovation in 2007. In 2007 launched the Catlin Company to provide business consulting and talent search services to businesses while affording the opportunity to continue to volunteer significant time to non-profit activities, especially Church Becoming. Re-joined the ranks of the corporate world in June 2008, with Korn Ferry Futurestep leading their U.S. RPO business, then returned to private consulting when the company consolidated businesses in the economic downturn. From mid-2009 led the expansion of Middle Davids Candles, a manufacturer of premium organic soy candles, launched MakingLight.com brand, expanded non-profit fundraiser platform. Joined ektello in 2016 to lead IT Division. Specialties: Strong General Manager proven at selecting and developing high performing teams and delivering growth and financial results.
