I can help Lean transformations from planning to execution across Sites to help the Team win more often by Driving Continuous improvements by selecting, coaching, and developing Kaizen Leaders on multiple functions through hands-on training, delivering projects that hit the bottom line. Description-I organized workshops and continuous improvement initiatives to eliminate waste in all office, factory, and support functions-Measured and reported progress on an on-going basis using the Lean Journey Assessment, Lean Report Card measures-Transferred the ownership of lean principles to facility leadership.
