My specialty: bringing the creative juice to envision breakthrough opportunities, the full-stack operating leadership to make them real, and the strategic acumen to make them pay.At Microsoft, I led global product development for new AI-powered B2C and B2B platforms, driving programs across 15+ business units, building the operating capabilities to scale, and launching in 13 markets to generate $40M in first-year revenue. At Visible Technologies, a foundering 120-person AI venture, I rebuilt the product, redesigned the go-to-market and migrated 30+ blue-chip enterprise customers and partners to reverse a multi-quarter revenue decline, restore Forrester “Leader” status, and drive triple-digit Q/Q growth to enable a successful exit.At WPP/Ogilvy, I co-founded and headed a new innovation studio P&L that exceeded plan by 100%+, produced 25+ solutions in under 2 years, and was recognized worldwide by Apple as the benchmark for building brands, customer relationships, and marketing ops in the digital age.The common thread: questioning, listening and using imagination to envision how new technology will transform markets, products, operations and brand relationships, then delivering the uncanny insights, big ideas, cross-boundary leadership and entrepreneurial drive to capitalize at scale.Agentic AI is rapidly emerging, and converging with traditional IT plus a host of new media, interface, spatial, embedded and behavioral technologies to transform human experience.
