I absolutely love working in Real Estate and being able to get my vendors an amazing price for their asset when selling. Plus matching people with their dream property is a great feeling and it's always fun to ring and advise someone they have bought their next home. What a neat feeling handing over the keys and a bottle of bubbly on moving in day. This year I was awarded 37th in the top 100 NZ agents at the Ratemyagent awards, Top agent for Whitby and my Wellington Region franchise was awarded Top NZ Franchise for all brands. Something I am really proud of and work hard to feature again next year/s. These awards are an independent award and clients and customers vote on service levels received so a very special bunch of awards for me.#feelingproud. Recently I purchased the Wellington franchise area and became part of the Tall Poppy Business Partners network. After working in two other brands prior to joining Tall Poppy 15 months ago, I instantly realised how good the Tall Poppy tiered fixed fee structure and in fee marketing package is for my current and future clients. I've listed over 175 houses in the first 58 months when the market for other brands has been quite slow.
