Real people work with other real people they know and trust. My friends call me “Amazing Crace”. I’m not sure I deserve that title, but I welcome the opportunity to have you learn how I got that name. I have always sought a path in my life that gave me the greatest sense of fulfillment. After 27 years of full-time Music Ministry, I transitioned into a new career path of selling Real Estate. My ministry experience prepared me with the people skills needed for Real Estate. Assisting people with their Real Estate needs offers me the opportunity to help people during, what can be, one of the most stressful experiences in their life. Helping resolve issues and solve problems in a calm and professional manner are some of my greatest strengths. I promise every Client that I will be the calmest person in the transaction. My focus is on building meaningful relationships, based on mutual trust and respect, to continue to meet the needs of my valuable Clients. My goal is to be your Realtor for life. Many of my Clients have become friends with longtime relationships. The Crace Realty Team consists of two people; my wife and me. Trish assists with the daily task of keeping me organized and handling the myriad of paperwork. I am directly involved with every client from the first meeting to the closing. All processes of the Real Estate transaction are my responsibility. My goal is to make every transaction as stress-free as possible. I have over 26 years of full-time Real Estate experience with a proven record of success. The majority of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients.
