I help customers sell more. Through a combination of my own sales experience, the knowledge and wisdom gleamed from previous success stories and a passion for being part of a growth story. It is that simple. My learning path has taken me from a Sales Trainee to Managing Director, along the way I have learnt a lot about the sales experience, the customer experience and the value of having this in constant focus. Switching between industries has given me an insight into the demands of different industries, markets, customers and companies. From Board level presentations to sitting in a café exploring someone’s dream, the ability to adapt and be flexible has driven me onwards and upwards. I believe strongly in valuing the people involved in the growth process regardless of job, each person has a role to play and should be recognized and acknowledged for their contribution. So by combining a passion for sales with a passion for people I have helped customers achieve their best sales day ever, increasing sales by over 100%. I have helped sales people exceed their goals with double digits, seen my recruits climb their own career ladder and contributed to profitable development. In recent times I have been honored to be involved in the world of e-Commerce and here lies the driver of growth and it is an industry where customer focus is absolute top priority. It is the industry where I find myself at my very best and have seen the impact my experience and knowledge can have. How would I label myself? Experienced? Passionate? Enthusiastic? Determined?
