Experienced and proven Building Services (M&E) Recruitment professional with almost twenty years in recruitment; seventeen years specialising in the Building Services/ Construction sector as a Manager and Biller, Tottenham Hotspur fan, networker, occasional writer. I am currently Operations Director at Aylin White. As part of the senior leadership team, I am responsible for team management, training, assessing and improving the team's productivity and performance and long-term strategic business planning as well as key account management and business development. We are a specialist Search and Selection firm operating within the built environment with a particular focus on core sectors; critical systems, technology, sustainability, energy and MMC.
