I prefer to take a lead role in resolving an issue by carefully analyzing the situation prior to taking action. I believe in learning from mistakes, and work proactively to avoid conflict.* To work for an institution whose ethics align with my morals. I will never be expected to compromise public integrity for private gain.* To work alongside colleagues who respect each other's differences. To be open to criticism, and be willing to help others grow. We will not have one another's work undermined by ego, power struggles, or character conflicts.* To be able to witness first-hand the outcome of my work.
