My educational background in Architectural Engineering, along with my professional experience in Sales, real estate, construction and finance makes me well rounded. I have more than fifteen years of experience in the field of Sales and contract negotiations. My strong financial skills allow me to effectively communicate with senior management to make the best decisions on space transformation. My in-depth knowledge of building codes along with strong understanding of mechanical trades helps me stay on budget and manage the sub contractors time efficiently. My commitment to personal and professional excellence and safety, along with my superior written, oral and computer skills helps me manage budgets effectively and deliver high quality products in a time sensitive environment. I serve on several committees and boards. I currently serve on the board for the Sue Burns Foundation, a non-profit providing funding for cancer research, also serving as a board member for Trinity Christian School where I chair the sustainability committee and an active member on the Windsor Little League board. I reside in East Hampton, CT with my wife and four children.
