About Dan Dargon

Attorney Dan Dargon currently serves as an Infantryman in the United States Army. After enlisting, Dargon attended Infantry One Station Unit Training and received a permanent change of station to Fort Drum. Responsible for commanding Alpha Team SAW gunners, grenadiers, and riflemen in combat, he recently earned a promotion to Team Leader of a platoon. Moreover, Dan Dargon holds Qualified Expert M4 Carbine accreditation.Before joining the military, Dan Dargon oversaw his own legal practice. At Dargon Law Firm, PLLC, in Concord, New Hampshire, he concentrated on consumer bankruptcy, foreclosure, and personal injury law. During his three years with the firm, Dargon represented clients in state and federal court and saved the homes of hundreds of people. In two years, he grew his firm from one consisting solely of himself into an organization comprised of six attorneys and four paralegals.Dan Dargon received his law degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center. A Senior Board Member with its Moot Court team, and a member of Phi Alpha Delta, he participated in competitions such as the Spong Constitutional Law Tournament, the American Association of Justice Student Trial contest, and the John J. Gibbons Moot Court Competition. During his final year, he also produced the paper “Clear and Convincing: Shifting the Burden for Involuntary Civil Commitment in New Hampshire.”Dan Dargon has supplemented his education with practical experience. For two years, he aided legal clinics and the New Hampshire Appellate Defender by writing appellate briefs for indigent prisoners. Additionally, the New Hampshire Public Defender hired him as a paid summer intern. In this position, Dargon drafted legal memos, argued on behalf of felony clients, and took part in numerous criminal trials.
