Testify at Public Hearings before the Nebraska Public Service Commission (NPSC) on Universal Service (USF) policy positions to maximize client companies’ cash flows and investment (fiber) deployment. • Formulate and write public comments to the FCC and NPSC on USF policy and compensation issues to maximize client cash flows. • Formulate and write public comments to the FCC and NPSC on wireless interconnection rules and compensation to maximize client cash flow and profit. • Formulate and write public comments to FCC and NPSC on regulatory issues on technology transition including IP technology and discuss financial impacts on clients as a result of potential policies established by the FCC and the NPSC. • Analyze Federal and State USF models that determine USF distributions and recommend changes to model to increase client cash flows from models. • Analyze client companies’ cash flows, income statements, and balance sheets and recommend action for improving financial positions. • Analyze client companies’ cost of providing services, demand for services, pricing, and recommend action for improve profitability and cash flows. • Develop bundle services pricing models including voice, Internet, and video services to increase demand for client services and increase client profitability. • Negotiate and settle client billing disputes with national wireless carriers and long distance carriers. • Speak and make presentations to industry groups on public policy and financial issues impacting telecommunications carriers, broadband, and Internet service providers.
