About Dan Deruytter

My career has been in the Construction and Facilties Management fields. I have been successful in managing a portfolio of buildings in a variety of different businesses. These businesses include Government, Healthcare, Education and Financial environments. I have experience in Mechanical Design and Maintenance, Energy Efficiencies, Budgeting, Construction and Project Management and Contract Tendering. Adding to this experience I also have also been involved in Realestate Property and Lease Management. My career has also included the management of Tradespeople who reported either directly to me or as a contracted service provider. I continue to develop my skills and knowledge by enrollment in local colleges providing education in Facilities related subjects. I currently hold a certification of BES as well as an MMP designation with PEMAC and a Trade license. I am a member of IFMA and PEMAC promoting the understanding of Faciltiy operation efficiencies and maintenance. I am also a registered H&S representative supporting the importance of safety in any enviroment
