About Dan Dillon

While in high school Dan Dillon began helping out some of his musician friends by handling the sound and lighting responsibilities. After he graduated from Providence College he went to the Boston area where he studied at Steve Langstaff’s Audio Workshop School at the famous Blue Jay Studio. His passion for the field drew him to the Audio Engineering Society and the National System Contractor’s Association. Today Dan still enjoys doing live sound. However, he also enjoys using his skills and experience solving the challenges of bringing superb audio to audiences in a wide variety of listening environments. Dan is the owner of Live Sound Boston, and a licensed and insured commercial audio and video system design and installation contractor serving Connecticut and Rhode Island. Live Sound Boston is also the preferred source for maintenance, updates, and repairs to systems already installed in any commercial,or municipal building or house of worship. As the demand for audio systems to integrate with video, data, and other electronics has increased, so has our ability to respond to those demands. We provide our services to property owners, architects or contractors seeking assistance with these elements of their commercial construction projects. Our design engineer will take the time to completely understand your vision of how you would like your system to perform. Our efficient analysis process will lead to the most sensible solutions for those requirements. Since we can act as both designer and installer we will complete your work on time and within budget.
