About Dan Dixon

A 31-year veteran of the residential real estate industry in the Denver Metro area, I view my role as a REALTOR as an advisor and counselor first. I believe that if my clients are comfortable living in their neighborhood, their house will be a good home. I moved my family to Denver 35 years ago after relocating here with Ford Motor Company. I entered real estate after a 12 year career with Ford in sales management with its Lincoln-Mercury Division. We fell in love with Denver and Colorado—and the rest is history. Prior to that I spent five years as an Regular Army Officer in the U.S. Army, having left on the “early selection to Major” list, as an Airborne Ranger with two combat tours. I am an expert listener, strong communicator, problem solver, and a creative thinker who knows more about Denver Metro real estate because I work hard at knowing more—with a GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute) and CRS designation (Certified Residential Specialist, which only 2% of Realtors have earned). I am honored to have also been recognized by The Denver Post as a “Denver Real Estate Mover & Shaker” and acknowledged by the Denver Business Journal as one of Denver’s “Top 50 Residential Realtors.” I take great pride in genuinely representing my clients and their interests with the utmost integrity. I have been fortunate to have earned my clients respect such that I have represented many multiple times in both buy and sell situations, as well as have been asked to represent their friends, family and business associates.
