I wear a few hats. I'm the founder @ Value Scout, a SaaS platform that helps owners and advisors more deliberately create more valuable companies and position for the eventual exit / ownership transition of their choosing. Why? Because in 20 years in M&A the number one reason deals fall apart is that the company isn't worth enough. I also run @Quantive - a high-growth, technology-driven professional services firm. We work on three things: M&A Advisory, business valuation, and value creation consulting. We provide valuation services to Founder/CEO's for a wide range of reasons. We also work with them to craft their graceful, high-value exits from their companies. Personally, I most enjoy working with entrepreneurs to more deliberately focus on value creation. I'm an experienced and sought-after valuation expert whose deep experience in M&A creates a point of reference that goes beyond debits and credits.
