Entrepreneur, investor, and growth strategist with a passion for building companies, empowering leaders, and scaling culture-driven organizations. I’m one of the founders of Big Rock Leaders, where I have expertise in team building, corporate culture, operating systems, problem solving, exit strategies, and providing innovative solutions to clients. Previously, I co-founded and led Enginuity Global, growing it from a four-person startup into an international industrial automation firm with nearly 90 employees before transitioning ownership to its management team in 2024. My approach blends operational discipline with strategic vision—shaped by years of experience in industrial markets, technology sales, and team development. I’m an EOS Visionary and Integrator, Bloom Growth Professional Coach, and I stay closely involved in the entrepreneurial ecosystem through EO Louisiana, LED CEO Roundtables, and the Edward Lowe Foundation, where I serve on the Legacy Council and as Entrepreneur Emeritus. I invest in ventures that reflect my values—among them Ducoté Brothers Spirits (8:38 Whiskey), the Green Bay Packers, Kentucky Derby winner Authentic, 838 Racing Stables— an am currently developing Big Rock Bayou, and Big Rock Oaks, retreat centers for peer learning and leadership renewal.
