Now, as a Solutions and Automation Manager at BD, I've had the privilege of leading our talented teams in creating applications and automation solutions that have profoundly transformed our Marketing, Sales, and R&D processes. In this journey from Business Analyst to my current role, my core has always been about making meaningful connections - whether it’s between data points, within teams, or across business functions. My work is driven by a passion for uncovering insights that drive strategic decisions and implementing innovative solutions that not only solve complex problems but also streamline operations, enhancing both efficiency and effectiveness. While my toolkit includes technical skills in Python, R, SQL, and a keen understanding of analytical techniques, what I value most is the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms and foster collaborations that lead to extraordinary outcomes.
