My career began in mechanical engineering, designing and refining production facilities in the manufacturing sector. From there, I transitioned into solution sales and marketing leadership roles in the manufacturing and security industries. This hands-on experience with operational systems and commercial strategy shaped how I now approach CRM architecture: practical, scalable, and rooted in real-world business value.
