My experience includes managing a high-performance 10-person team that streamlines customer operations from overseas to local movements while having built & maintained revenue-increasing relationships with 200+ warehouses & drayage carriers. In my current role as Team Lead of the International Drayage Team at Cargo Convoy INC, I manage a massive carrier network increase to 2500+ partners made instrumental contributions and I also streamlined operations to unify import/export procedures. Earlier in my career, as Logistics Specialist, I led the entire logistics workflow from overseas suppliers, customs clearance, intermodal transportation, and domestic delivery while assisting in the negotiation of ocean freight contracts with 5 direct ocean suppliers & 8 shipping agencies. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated expertise in advanced operations management, negotiation, massive sales increases, and multi-million-dollar relationships.
