I'm a product manager specializing in LLM-driven conversational AI experiences that drive business outcomes and delight users. My 10+ years of experience building successful products at Fortune 500 companies has allowed me to develop deep expertise in driving all phases of the product lifecycle on both the discovery and delivery sides. I'm code-literate and conversant in the technical aspects of AI, which allows me to talk shop with engineering partners and get into the weeds to drive delivery. I'm also experienced in evaluating the performance of GenAI through a combination of user research and experimentation (A/B testing). Having completed extensive continuing education in GenAI, I'm up to date with recent developments in the field. My 8 years of healthcare experience has given me significant exposure to the unique considerations involved in using AI in regulated industries. I have deep experience with contact center / call center automation, and using AI to automate customer service.
