About Dan Epperson

As a senior consultant and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2005, my skills and experience include more than 30 years delivering successful business solutions to federal and state government organizations. I have led and supported projects for the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Department of Energy (DOE), Department of Defense (DOD), U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and the Commonwealth of Virginia (COVA) to establish and implement project management concepts and best practices and deploy project management systems and processes. I provided Project Management Office (PMO) support services to clients and served as the Corporate Process Engineering Group (CPEG) Lead in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives.
