With over 26 years in executive-level recruitment and consultancy, including the last five years focused on Web3, crypto, blockchain, AI and gaming, I drive high-level talent strategy and organisational design for ambitious, fast-scaling companies.I have built and exited four businesses, partnered with 100+ global projects, and delivered senior hires across the C suite and core leadership teams. My clients range from Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchain protocols to DeFi and TradFi innovators, through to start-ups at pre-seed, seed and Series A/B stages, where every hire directly shapes company value.Financial and operational accountability sit at the heart of my role. I work closely with founders to manage hiring budgets responsibly, protect P&L performance, and secure maximum ROI from talent acquisition. The hires I deliver stay longer, perform stronger and help companies scale faster.I lead internal teams and oversee ongoing development, performance management and coaching, ensuring standards remain high, and client outcomes exceed expectations.
