Dan Gerlock is a proud Colorado Native, and loves the 300 days of sunshine per year. He was born, and has spent most of his life in Denver. Dan has been a licensed Realtor for over 20 years, and with his team has had the privilege of moving over families home. Dan graduated from the AmericanCulinary Institute as a Chef in the early 80's, and was fortunate to have won a Grand Gold Medal at the 1984 Culinary Olympics; in Germany, with his team. He has achieved many awards for selling real estate, including (Presidents Premier) and (Presidents Elite) as well as "Shining Star" using the Chris Leader Selling Solution. Dan is a professional speaker, trainer, and presenter. He is a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and CRB (Certified Residential Broker). He has been a managing broker for over 18 years and has trained, coached, and lead many agents to very successful careers.
