Furthermore, I have extensive experience managing cross functional teams, fostering strong business relationships and driving change under the most demanding business conditions, possessing entrepreneurial vision to improve performance, processes and people. Throughout my career, I have created powerful financial strategies and capital management initiatives for globally recognized organizations such as McKinsey & Company, CIFC Asset Management, Deerfield Capital Managment, Kemper Investments in addition to establishing Deerfield Capital Management’s founding presence in Europe. I am now the Director of Talent Acquisition for AIMR Analytics, a leading company empowering investors to realize their maximum wealth potential through screening financial advisors so they can invest with confidence. As the global landscape continues to evolve and influence how businesses operate, there is now more than ever a push towards quality staffing and recruitment.
