Dan is President of Advocate Property Management, providing Association Management, Real Estate, and Maintenance services in the Greater Chicago Suburbs. Dan’s passion for Real Estate Management has helped drive Advocate Property Management to impressive levels of growth. Under Dan’s leadership, Advocate most recently completed an acquisition of a Real Estate and Property Management company South of Chicago. Dan has also been active in the Information Technology field, where he was recently a founding member of the Executive Leadership Team for Ahead, LLC, an IT Infrastructure Consulting startup in Chicago, which grew to over $130M in sales within their first five years of business. Prior to Ahead, Dan held senior leadership positions at such notable companies as Zurich Insurance, CNA Insurance, Sears Holdings, and Home Depot, where he managed teams in excess of 230 people, and budgets in excess of $350M per year. Dan’s unique combination of Real Estate Management and Information Technology leadership is helping Advocate Property Management focus on delivering higher levels of service to clients through a unique team-based management approach, supported by innovative process and technology solutions that drive high levels of efficiency into the management process, leaving more time for Property Managers to work directly with their clients.
