I am a service-oriented, influential program leader with proven experience developing, managing, and launching educational training and professional development programs tailored to students, educators, administrators, decision-makers, and stakeholders. In my current role as a residential program manager and a performance development consultant, I am in charge of creating and executing quality training programs focused on youth and adult development. I recently revitalized an existing program by considering important criteria such as behavior and identified early indicators to enhance internal training and drive behavior modification and staff retention. My role as a former college tennis head coach enabled me to blend my passion for sports and curriculum management with strategic planning and talent development skills, leading to multiple national team championship wins and successes. I am recognized as a mission-oriented, highly collaborative, and positive strategic thought leader with excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills. I hold a Master of Education in Curriculum Development & Leadership a Bachelor of Science in Business & Marketing and an unwavering commitment to sports, education and maximizing on peoples' potential.
