About Dan Iampieri

Dan Iampieri was born and raised in Howard County attending Glenelg High School, and later Frostburg State University. With 15 years of full-time real estate experience himself, Dan comes from a family with a deep history in local real estate. Dan’s father, “Bill”, was the longtime Broker/Owner of Caton Realty, an Ellicott City real estate company with over $3 Billion in real estate sales. Through his example Dan learned the importance of serving the real estate industry as an HCAR volunteer and later becoming a major donor to RPAC. Dan joined the firm full-time in 2003, quickly achieving residential sales success and formed his own team in 2006. In 2009 he was promoted to Career Director and in 2013 he became an Associate Broker and sales manager. Through the years Dan has been involved in various commercial, land development and new home projects which added to his reputation as a trusted advisor for both agents and clients alike. In 2017 Dan acquired the firm, changing the name to RE/MAX Aspire, and becoming only the third owner of the company since 1939. His passion is to create a culture where agents can be successful at home, in the community and in business.
