I thrive on helping others and making a difference where I am. I have experience in customer support and using whatever tools and knowledge bases are available to best find the solutions. Documenting my steps and keeping a strong positive drive are how I always approach my goals. My best traits/skills include: Using detailed documentation to ensure accountability and accuracy. Managing communication with phone, email, and instant message. Triage work based on importance and date needed. Using available sources of knowledge and past tickets for first call resolution.
