My resume would tell you that I am an executive-level business and IT professional with a career-long focus on creating solutions – anywhere and everywhere. It would also tell you that as a strategic leader, I focus on building bridges between internal and external stakeholders, IT and business functions, and resources and applications. Conversationally, what this means is that I use all of my professional strengths and skills to blend good data and good communication, for the goal of organizational success.The results have been overwhelmingly effective. From delivering greater business insights to refining the global IT strategy, and developing truly useful technical solutions for real-world problems and functional needs, I have led my teams and vertical partners to achieve previously out of reach critical business objectives.As any IT leader knows, problem solving is foundational to the job. When I was in high school, my geometry teacher had a saying on his wall: “Finding out is exciting, being told is dull.” I’ve kept that saying and made it part of my philosophy as a change agent who solves complex problems for a living. It is exhilarating to build the bridges and connect the dots that allow my team and organizational partners to cooperatively design and implement solutions. Because of my zest for discovery and commitment to building connections, I’ve become well known in my organization as a creative, well-rounded, and versatile leader who is able to cast a vision without losing sight of the details. I fill gaps, identify issues, and coordinate technical solutions, benefiting the entire organization. I am proud of the work I’ve done and the value I provide to organizations.
