As Credit Director, I provided coaching to key client facing individuals to deepen credit analysis and case presentation skills. I supported high value referrals and training on HNW lending policy criteria, aided Banker and Credit Risk stakeholders to build credibility, facilitated joint Credit Specialist / Banker meetings, then strengthened leadership.
