About Dan Junyoung Bae

HR_Partner #HRPO #HRaaS_Designer I aim to be an HR partner who is well-versed in HR practice(setup/operation/analysis), law, and theory, so I always strive to improve my psychological, social, philosophical, and legal understanding to improve HR systems and policies. I think that HR is a platform service where internal employees are users, so I believe that huge innovation is also possible in HR, and it is important to understand the job and business of internal employees who are users. The issues that HR needs to solve are alignment and motivation. From this point of view, I’m trying to improve the level of talent density, engagement, and teamwork to contribute to the company's success. In particular, the employee's experience with the company is becoming more of a free agent experience rather than a long-term employee experience. We need to think differently and try new things.
