My extensive experience in the realm of Residential Care Facilities for the Ederly (RCFE) and advising start-up projects, have equipped me with a wealth of knowledge in business operations, asset management, and business development. My comprehensive skillset has further advanced since undertaking a senior role in Ascension Management by playing an invaluable role in the start-up of assisted living communities and advising/restructuring existing ones looking to grow, expand, and improve. Restructuring the entire business operation and management of distressed assisted livings requires wearing many different hats and undertaking countless complex tasks beyond the scope of senior management teams. By being result-oriented and constantly challenging the status quo, I have come to realize that I thrive in these overwhelming circumstances as it has paved the way to achieve the long-term and short-term objectives of senior housing facilities.
