With 40 years of experience, leading domestic and international organizations, I am dedicated to helping businesses and corporations succeed through business coaching. The business community is filled with talented and innovative individuals and I am passionate about helping that talent to develop and exceed expectations. Through my past positions, I worked within small, private companies, as well as those from the Fortune 200 list. These companies fall into a wide variety of industries ranging from consumer products to automotive components and aerospace systems. Throughout my career I have helped companies launch and execute improvement efforts (i.e. lean enterprise and six sigma), developed strategic directions for organizations, led the implementation and maintenance of quality systems and was a key role in the start-up of international green-field operations. I have coach, counseled, consulted leaders in both profit and non-profit organizations to improve performance. Working together with the leaders and their team we have analyzed the people processes, and purpose to set direction for the business.
