I am an accomplished account manager with over 10 years experience of selling market leading digital solutions into the NHS and Social Housing sectors. Confident at nurturing relationships and communicating with prospects and existing clients across a variety of job roles and seniority. I have been directly involved with a huge range of digital projects including complex integrated portals, complete website overhauls & redesigns, intranet development, as well as audits and training. Focussed on providing best in class customer experience, I am always happy to go above and beyond to ensure solutions are found, problems are solved and projects are delivered on time, on spec and in budget.
