At FinDock, where I lead as VP of Industry Solutions & Marketing, I work with customers and partners to build strategies that simplify operations and improve customer experience - what we cal Customer Payment Happiness. My role involves leading our global Go to Market strategy and driving growth across industries, focusing on delivering innovative payment solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. My background in digital operations and fundraising at Christians Against Poverty, a major UK-based debt counselling charity, gave me a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities organisations face when uniting systems and teams around a single view of payments. Through my work, I help organisations get paid faster and with less effort, all while creating better experiences for their customers or donors.
