Providing our Military Community with lifelong EARNING Power!” RADM Dan Kloeppel, after completing an 'Honorable & Successful' 36-year military career, possessed a unique perspective on the problems faced by service members when transitioning to the civilian workplace. Corporate America Supports You (CASY) was chartered in 2010 as a private sector non-profit organization. Its mission: to provide no-cost employment readiness, vocational training, and one-on-one job placement services for National Guard, Reserves, transitioning service members, and veterans of all branches of service. CASY works directly with its sister organizations Military Spouse Corporate Career Network (MSCCN) to function as one Military job-placement unit serving two target audiences. CASY serves the military member and Veteran, while MSCCN serves the spouses of Military, family members, and Military caregivers. CASY & MSCCN operates as an employment partner to all branches of the Armed Forces, including the National Guard & Coast Guard, through Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs). Our career coaching services are unrivaled as we lead the nation in Military, Veteran & MILSpouse job placement assistance services - all at no cost to them! All of our employment & training programs are supported by solid partnerships with major corporations, job-recruiters, mid-size companies, and small businesses that provide employment opportunities for our Military-affiliated job seekers. Our state-of-the-art Gateway technology, built by IBM, provides real-time, verifiable tracking and outcome reports to our employment partners, Military, and donors. We accomplish our mission by providing boots to the ground outreach within the military & veteran communities; identifying those in need of our services & registering them in our program; providing high-touch targeted employment services such as baseline assessments, targeted training, and employable skills training; providing gap skill training solutions through our Train2Hire programs; & connecting our qualified & job-ready applicants directly to corporate & small business hiring recruiters for direct job placement. Every action, service, communication, plus other metrics from each job seeker, are tracked inside our IBM applicant tracking and case management system.
