About Dan Kotylak

For my whole life, I have been fascinated with designing and making things. Right from my early years I have sought out to understand, and then to create. This naturally led me to be an engineer. Computer Engineering satisfied that thirst in me to be able to design and create. Over the years I have had the privilege to apply this skill into some of the world leading optical hardware. But a bigger calling led me to want to help others achieve that same sense of satisfaction that I was able to have. In management I strive to empower those I lead to achieve their best and to find that ultimate sense of accomplishment in creating something new as an engineer. I strive to do everything with dedication and passion, and to never give up until the goal is reached.
