About Dan Kumar

With over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a passionate and driven Food and Beverage Manager at Graduate Hotels, a leading boutique hotel chain in the UK. I oversee the service of all food and beverages within the hotel, ensuring the customer receives a quality product every time. I also work closely with the chef and the events team to deliver exceptional functions and parties for up to 200 guests. I have a B.Sc. degree in Hospitality and Marketing Management from Oxford Brookes University and a National Diploma in Hospitality Management from New Zealand, where I gained valuable international experience. I have developed strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills throughout my career, as well as a keen eye for detail and creativity. I am always looking for ways to improve customer satisfaction, service quality, and sales performance. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team, and I am motivated by the challenge and opportunity of the hospitality industry.
