Other successful endeavors as Application Supervisor, Business/Application Analyst, and System Developer. Current Successes and Projects in 2022: Lead PM and Business Analyst on major Provisioning project leveraging Forge Rock/IDM and Azure/AD to automate user provisioning for over 30 applications so far this year. I played BA and discovered each application automated, documented requirements, completed role based access matrix, and manage the work efforts to complete and automate Adds/Updates/Terms in over 30 applications. Company have another 100 to automate. Current Successes and Projects in 2021: Successfully guided a million dollar project to replace unsupported AS400 ordering system with a state of the art cloud based Oracle Retail Demand Forecasting/Life-Cycle Inventory Planning system. Project was completed in under 9 months, now ordering for over active skus. Managed team to successful major datacenter migration moving VM servers to Chicago's new Data Center. Effort included 50 IT team members, lasted over 12 hours. Managed migration project to new EDI Package called Transcepta. It was successful and we deployed to over 150 vendors, other being added daily Successfully completed a major migration to the new Akeneo PIM (Project Information Management) system. The tool feeds enriched merchandising details to 3 major web sites, which are selling millions of dollars in merchandise daily. Working on current Oracle 12.2.3 migration to 12.2.8, major work effort critical to the company. Over 30 interfaces, the system support 3 major brands and used by thousands of users. I am one PMO team member playing a major role in the build out and deployment of the Planview PPM PRO. We are building out Time Management, Request Management, and Change Management, using PPM Pro, Agile Lean Kit and Project Place.
