With many years of experience in different industries, I am a passionate and driven business owner with expertise in the cycling industry, recruiting, account management, and problem solving. I launched The Bicycle Exchange in January 2022, a company that provides quality second-hand bikes at affordable prices to customers in and around the Sussex area. I believe in creating value for both the buyers and sellers of bicycles, and in promoting a healthy and sustainable lifestyle through cycling. At The Bicycle Exchange, I am responsible for sourcing, servicing, and selling a wide range of bicycles, from road bikes to mountain bikes, and everything in between. I also manage the online presence, marketing, and customer service of the company, as well as the financial and legal aspects. I leverage my previous experience as a managing director at Work With Kids, a leading childcare recruitment agency, where I successfully built and maintained long-term relationships with clients and candidates, and delivered high-quality and personalized services to meet their needs. I have strong skills in problem solving, recruiting, account management, and communication, as well as a keen interest in the cycling industry and its trends.
