ASB Group is a leading corporate advisory and business services firm in Central and Eastern Europe, recognised for its strong track record and niche in real assets services. With a strong presence across CEE, we support corporates, private equity, and investment funds in their cross-border operations, from market entry and structuring to ongoing SPV management, administration, and support during transactions. Our one-stop platform offers comprehensive services, including accounting and reporting, tax advisory and compliance, corporate secretarial services, transaction advisory services, and payroll/HR outsourcing across the region. As Group Commercial Director, I lead commercial strategy and business operations across our four CEE markets - the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary. My agenda includes setting up its commercial strategy, building global and regional strategic partnerships that extend our reach, and finding the ways to scale our services across the region (via business expansion and/or M&A opportunities identification). In parallel, I serve on the Steering Committee of the Association for Foreign Investments (AFI), contributing to policy discussions that enhance the Czech Republic’s position as a gateway for international investors and innovative businesses.
