About Dan Lowe

I have worked as Quality Manager/Coordinator for six years, including two stamping plants, a tube forming plant (including welding operations and machining), and a plating/coatings plant. I established four quality systems from the ground up to the required standards. I have worked as Quality Engineer for over eleven years including solar module mfg, injection molding, interior vinyl PVC and TPO/PPF composits, and compression molding, as well as other interior and machined parts for auto and truck industries. I also worked as Research Technician for over seven years building and running prototype automotive and architectural glass tempering, heat strengthening, annealing equipment as well as supervising prototype production runs. During my college years I worked in labs for Martin Marrittia and Steetly Ohio Lime doing analytical testing as well as working at two Toledo Edison plants doing weld inspection, receiving inspection, and NDT for their quality department. I have had CMM training and written CMM inspection routines. Specialties: Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) 1989-2010, Quality Auditor (CQA) 1990-2010, and (CQI) 1991-Present Certified Quality Inspector through ASQ.
