About Dan Lyda

Currently I am part of a new Suppler Development team that aggressively pursues new aircraft commodity part vendors. Transfer of work and business assessments are also part of my everyday job functions. I was recently part the new Airbus A350XWB project management team. Also, while working for Spirit Aerosystems, I successfully completed a high visibility cost cutting team project called PSE (Production Efficiency System). Many of the cost saving ideas come from vendor research, shop floor walks and out-of-the-box thinking. I have used my 25+ years of Manufacturing Engineering, Lean and Supply Chain Management experience to succeed in producing high margins of cost savings. It is my belief that all companies who produce a product can benefit from a PSE team. I am always open for cost cutting consultation.
