I am a Senior Business Operations Specialist with experience serving as a Sergeant Major with the United States Army. I have 18 years' experience supporting operations management and providing professional services support. I have worked with the US Army, US Army Special Operations Command, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), and the United States Space Force. I possess in-depth knowledge of program/project management principles, estimating resource requirements, defining milestones and deliverables, analyzing requirements, and developing plans and policies and defining and refining software requirements.
